efficient but not unbreakable

This is a fairly sturdy shovel with a bent shaft that reduces labor. The bend is correct for best ergonomics. My first shovel of this model developed a crack in the blade just below the shaft from trying to pry up a big mound of icy snow so it does have limits to what it can do- fluffy snow is best. Hence the 4 stars only

Designed to fail after one season

Shovel head loosens after several uses, handle is deliberately designed so that it cannot be tightened (screws covered by plastic). This is a shovel intended for one season's use then discard. Inexcusable engineering.
