Deceptive picture on the website

I bought these neck gaiter's because the picture makes them look very long. Possibly enough to pull up over the head and ears and still cover the neck. Unfortunately they are quite short at 11.5 inches. While other I have bought where in the 16-18 inch length. The picture makes these appear to be at least 20 inches. I think they would be good for a woman or child. But they are also very tight to pull over my head and I wear a 7 1/4 hat size
