Quality Issues?

I bought the product to complement Quikrete Walkmaker. I bought 3 bags which completed only 1/2 of my project, so I purchased 3 more bags. It applied nicely but I'm not sure yet whether PowerLoc will be strong enough to hold the path together. I had to re-do 2 tiles. Also, only 1 of the 3 additional bags showed up today because there was damaged packaging on the others. Also, the bag I put down today was grey whereas the other 3 bags yielded beige joints. There seems to be a quality issue since I find nothing that states color differences. Hmmm?

Good but supply issues

I like the product. Its easy to install and looks good. But I have received 2 different colors and have been waiting 2 weeks for my 3rd bag with no response to my issues from Quikrete and waiting for response from the supplier.
