Quality control needs to improve
Great envelopes if they aren't flawed. In the first 10 I used, 4 were useless: 2 were missing the plastic window covering, 1 had a slice through the viewing window, and another's windows were not attached with the back of the envelope stuck to the front. Someone in quality needs to check their processes so that 4/10 are not useless.
