Costume runs small

Super cute, lots of accessories, decent fabric for the price. Does NOT come with leggings, nor the spaghetti straps at the top of the dress and runs REALLY small. Leggings are cheap it's no big deal and I took the straps off an adjustable bra and made it work for my neice. My daughter is a 14-16 girls, so I bought the small 3-5. It fits more like a 10-12. Got it on but it was skin tight. Skipped the medium and ordered the large, hopefully it fits.
