Cat Mate 3-Stage Polymer-Carbon Filter Water Fountain with Replacement Cartridges (4 Pack)

I bought these to see if there was a difference compared to the other Dogmate/Catmate compatible filter (cheaper and more filters per box). Definitely worth the money for the Catmate brand. My cat fountain has not gotten slimy on the inside since I replaced the filter, and i have refilled the fountain 3 times. The other filters had the inside of the fountain slimy before I even had to refill once, was hot water rinsing/cleaning every time I needed to refill the fountain. Have not felt the need to rinse out the fountain since I changed filters. My cats also seem to like the water much more with the Catmate filter. When I replaced the filter, my older cat, who we almost never see drink water, went back to the fountain 3 times within an hour.
