"Feel the Difference"

First day I wore the Belt I felt a big difference; wore about two hours. I wore it longer the second day about four hours. It is helping. I normally wear a medium or large top but ordered an extra large in this instance. It just fits and maybe a bit tight. If you are any larger then large it would be too small.
