No sugar to speak of - high in protein.

These are what I would call as 'extra dry'. I can't tear the pieces apart with my teeth so the larger sizes I have to trim down the size using kitchen shears (scissors). With the smaller pieces I can chaw on them much easier. Great flavor and (for me) has just the right amount of fire, not too hot and not too mild... No sugar to speak of - high in protein.

Omg! Truest form of beef jerky there is! And the flavor was awesome. The this beef jerky literally you cannot chew it up like that current beef jerky they sell that's like eating a beef steak to go. You literally have to suck on this to get it soft love it.
