Perfect cold compresses
Just had double knee replacement surgery and these are perfect to keep in my bedroom instead of going downstairs to the freezer for my ice packs, I can just pop one and it stay cold for about 15-20 minutes. I've tryed the same brand it was made with some type of material but you couldn't feel the cold as well as just with simple plastic Perfect!
