I was told before buying that this product did not have a good taste. However I been using this since purchase and I don't know about the other flavors except for this one and I found it actually taste delicious. I use less of the recommended powder in the beginning so that my body can become use to this product and little by little increased more of it but not much more. It feels you up but I still eat my meals. I have reordered this product and would recommend it. The others out on the market have the same ingredient's and charge a fortune for their powders so this is a good deal with the same ingredient's for a lot less.
