I ordered this coffee maker and was sent one that had been returned by a customer missing some parts and it was shipped to me. I was surprised when I opened it that there was nothing there other than the pot and the coffee maker. I called Walmart, they apologize profusely, they were very kind, gave me a discount and I re-ordered the same coffee maker. It is fabulous, makes delicious coffee, very quickly, very attractive and easy to use. I could not be more pleased and I highly recommend this coffee maker!! You have to order this coffee maker, you will be very happy with it!
