Smooth bamboo cutting board

I chose large. It's big! I'm so glad I chose the large one since now it's big enough for me to cut the food and no need to worry about picking up food back on the cutting board. Bamboo is really smooth , it drys fast not like wood. I made mistake that I put my wood cutting board to my dish washer. It broke into two pieces... So I'll never put my new cutting board into it again ! I like using the back side which has so much space. when I cut garlic and scallion, I use the side which has three small holders.

Best cutting board ever. My niece said wow that's a nice cutting board. My answer was I know right. We do a lot of fresh veggies and fruit and why not have the best tools. My research says bamboo is practically the best material for a cutting board and the size with the little pockets for stuff as you go is helpful as well as that sturdy handle. I say I win with this one.
