Great way to wake up in the morning, and great way to keep going in the afternoon. Small, short trampoline... you wouldn't think it would be "any big deal"... but, it is! Low impact bouncing gets the heart going, gets the breath a little deeper, and doesn't hurt older joints :) A little background music adds to the magic (Ralph MacDonald and Herb Alpert work for me!)
