Exact replacement prop for my outboard

This pro was a perfect fit for my Mariner 30 hp outboard motor and it came complete. I had checked out other sources and though they cost more, they came incomplete. I would have had to buy the rubber bushing and place it in the prop shaft to complete this prop. I installed my new prop with minimal effort and it works great. What else can be said... I am completely satisfied.
