Better than Ibuprofen!
A Doctor I know recommended Fenugreek to be taken as a pain reliever instead of ibuprofen. He said Fenugreek is just as effective but does not cause liver damage like ibuprofen can when taken 800 mg or more for extended periods of time. I have been using Fenugreek for several years now. It's an excellent pain reliever and no side effects. I strongly recommend Fenugreek to those who need pain relief.

this is a great starter for fenugreek. It works extremely well for inflammation and pain. I'm not a doctor and not guarantee it eliminates all pain but it definitely helps. I have reduced my Tylenol intake by about 90%.

I have tried both the NOW brand and Spring Valley Fenugreek. I like the Spring Valley brand a lot better, I had assumed Spring Valley would not be as high of quality as NOW brand, but that has not been my experience. Spring Valley gives you the maple syrup smell and the NOW brand did not do that. The comparison of smelling the bottles/capsules is the Spring Valley brand smells better and sweeter, the NOW brand smells bitter and not so much like fenugreek. NOW brand is more expensive. I recommend Spring Valley, especially for the money.
