Worked great after Mohs surgery!

I had basal cell carcinoma on the tip of my nose, on the side. I had one huge deep pass. As anyone who has ever had this surgery would know that means that they only had to cut the parameters one time. It took six weeks roughly for mine to heal. I chose to leave it and not get stitches or a graft. I am very pleased. After the wound was completely healed. I started massaging this on it two times daily after cleaning. You can barely tell that I ever had surgery! There are so many potions, lotions, and gels on the market. Most of them are so expensive! I did buy one of the top notch recommended brands and I'm telling you this worked equally as well and actually I think it may have worked a little bit better! Save yourself some money and buy this instead.

Great Medical Grade Scar Gel

The ScarAway Silicone medical grade gel is a great alternative to using the Silagen Scar Gel that is sold online at cosmetic surgery centers and dermatology offices. I use a combination of red-light therapy and this gel to help with my mastopexy and extended abdominoplasty incisions. When I ran out of the ScarAway gel and could not find any at stores I made the mistake of purchasing Target's version of Maderna...I will never do that again! It looked like someone lit my incisions on fire, because they were beat red. As long as I can keep purchasing the ScarAway gel I will continue to stick with what works best. A pea-sized amount of this gel goes a long way with a few of my incisions. The one for the extended abdominoplasty takes almost three pea-sized applications.
