bad experience for me

they put the wrong label on the shipping box. I received and order of B-line cover plate brackets for someone in Illinois (his packing slip is in box) so pretty sure he received my adjustable thermostat. I left voice messages (no live person in customer service) I sent emails, walmart sent email... They ignored all.
