Sprint could not activate this phone.

Sprint was unable to activate this phone for me. I returned it to Walmart today. The sprint representative told me it could not be activated because the phone was still attached to another account. Either the phone had not been fully paid for, was still under a contract or still under a lease or something. She could not be sure what exactly was wrong with it. I ended up just buying a new phone.
