I purchased this phone for my daughter and I chose a refurbished phone beverage she has already broken 2 phones and I didn't want to pay full price for a new phone. I'm really happy that I did so because this phone looks and acts almost brand new it has s tiny unnoticeable scratch on but no big deal. I'm happy weit my purchase and would do it again.
