I bought this product because of the Lecithin only. I am very familiar with the "NOW" brand and my product arrived when it was promised. I will use this product until it is gone and then reorder. The nutritional value of Lecithin is great for helping to clean out your arteries of blockage from deposits which will lower your blood pressure. And that is exactly what has happened to me. But you be you own boss.

Purchased from Walmart after the other guys shipped me two bottles in a row that had been heat compromised, and therefore 200 capsules had melted into one giant blob.
