Hi, My Vitamin C-1000 360 tablets with Citrus Bioflavanoids provides immune support. I take between 15,000 mg. and 20,000 mg. per day or every two days depending on how stressful my days are along with Quercetin 500s and Vitamin D 3s. Best, Dennis

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I take two capsules a day. As you know, after taking vitamin C 2000mg/day 1)I feel less fatigued 2) My skin gets better and brighter 3) My disease, stomach acid reflux, also seems to have improved Currently, all five members of my family take it, but there seems to be no side effects for three months yet The reason I chose the GNC vitamin was because I wanted to choose the company's product that was the most reliable to take in mega doses
