Great mineral source
It is good! I add it to my salads for the mineral content (Alfalfa contains a wide variety of minerals including iron, calcium, magnesium, phosphorus, sulfur, chlorine, sodium, potassium, silicon, and trace elements). I also add it to my dog's food so i know for sure she is getting what she needs nutritionally

If you love smell of alfalfa this is for you
Most green drinks are mainly this. $14.00 to $35.00 for 8.5 ounces. This is 16 ounces for a lot less. If you like earthy grassy mineral taste you will love this.

Love this in my smoothies!
I only use this as an addition to my smoothies. I think it's a great way to get some extra nutrition and wonderful greens! It blends so well with my smoothies, and I like the way it tastes, and how convenient it is. It's a good value for the money.
