Best bath that I ever had with magnesium

Magnesium for bath is one of the best products I've ever used for relaxation and muscle recovery. A soothing bath that helps relieve tension and stress. Magnesium Flakes

I had read a lot about the benefits of magnesium before deciding to try it. I suffer from sleepless nights and read that a bath with these flakes added could help. I was skeptical but desperate for a good nights sleep. After one bath with these flakes, that night I slept much better. Added bonus: my skin felt softer and gentler from the flakes. So happy that I gave this a try. This is now part of my routine.
