Beautiful red rug

This is a plush and true red rug. Not the orange red or too maroon either. Love walking on it as well as sitting on it. It is heavy enough with its backing in the 8 X 10 size not to need a rug pad underneath . The fibers however keep coming off and making the white part look red and the red part look slightly linty white. I will keep vacuuming it daily until this hopefully stops since I haven't yet had it a week . I am quite pleased with it otherwise it is a pop of color in the room I was looking for.
