overall I give this 5 stars! my only thing is I wish it would just do what it does in one setting that it does at the end of the first setting cycle... heavenly! I have sciatica from a stage 4 disease that's hitting the nerves, and also feel like my back is broken from it. my left leg also feels broken during flares, and this has truly worked wonders during those times. a huge value, get it!

Excellent. I was skeptical of these for years. My new girlfriend has one and let me use it. OMG, I love it and dont know why for $40 Ive never bought one. I have very bad spinal issues and nerve issues in my back. I was having muscle spasms severly the other day, A 20 out of 10 crying in pain. Used this, felt way better, but the next day. Whalla. My back felt perfect. No pain. Amazing. The only thing this seems to NOT have is Auto shut off. Not a dealbreaker for me but just pointing it out for others looking to buy in case it is.
