to many chairs
Dear Cymax : Yes we did purchase 2 of the Safavieh Ken Beech chairs however we have received 4 chairs "two separate orders" due to an error by your customer service personnel. my wife tried to explain to someone the mistake but simply told return the chairs or be charged for them Oh and yes pay for the return shipping We would like to continue doing business with Cymax but not pay for your errors. If you feel the same as me I ask you to please forward this to your superiors
