Shoddy quality and customer service

I bought this bookshelf because it was the right size for my room. A wooden peg provided for assembly broke off in the hole, shoddy quality. I emailed customer service to ask about the round screws, G, labeled in the four pictures provided for assembly. Their literal answer was to search on Youtube. One star.
