This multifunction steamer is designed to be sturdy and durable. It is produced with excellent thermal properties. Use the appliance to steam a variety of foods in residential and / or commercial settings ------- at home, in the super market or other food venues. Place steamer on a cooking appliance and heat until water start boiling. If steam comes out of water compartment/spout then water is boiling. Pull out tray with towel or tongs. Brush cooling oil on tray. Pour the rice flour mixture onto tray. Add meat, seafood, egg or vegetable on top. Push tray back in and wait 2 to 3 minutes.(Note: cooking times vary by ingredients.) Pull out tray. If the rice flour turns clear then it means it is done. Use food spatula/scrapper to roll. Cut and scoop the roll onto a plate. Add soy sauce and other seasonings. Enjoy the delicious rice roll! Cleaning and Maintenance Wait until steamer has cooled to room temperature before cleaning. Use a damp towel that does not contain any corrosive cleaner to wipe down the steamer surface after each day’s use.
