Linon Angela Cheval Mirror, Walnut, 63 inches High

First, I want to say that my buying experience with Hayneedle was excellent. The site works great, and shipping was prompt and accurate. Unfortunately, the product is poorly designed and supported. - During assembly, 2 of the 4 cam locks broke due to poor quality and alignment. - I requested replacement parts through their website, only received an automated confirmation of my request, and the parts took over a week to arrive. - The replacement cams broke. I found/purchased my own replacements at Ace Hardware after searching several other places, but could not match the originals exactly. To get the cams to lock, I had to turn so tightly that the support piece cracked slightly, enough to cause some loss of stability. - Screws for the ""block"" support were too short to thread into the cabinet, and I had to go purchase ones that would work. - The mirror itself and its door are poorly aligned, and required manual adjustment to correct appearance and operation. Admittedly, the piece was inexpensive, however assembly should not have been this challenging at any price point. On a positive note, it is a very roomy and attractive piece. It came securely boxed and packed. I hope Linon Home Decor will give some attention to their quality control issues.
