Landing Gear: UMX Turbo Timber

I have seen a number of these broken, zip tied to walls and even taped on. I bought my plane used and mine was both zip tied and taped. I was advized that if I got a new one, to put glue on tip of the metal rods that hold the side wall. Well I bought one here and glued it up fron just so that the metal is covered and made the side wall super strong. then I latched it onto the plane and wow, what a different! the spring effect for landing was much better!... I am very pleased with these :) Thanks Horizon Hobbies!
