They don't deliver on delivery date given

they gave me a delivery date of June 9th and I didn't receive the item until June 13th. They didn't even bother to contact me to let me know it would be delivered late. When a message was sent asking what was going on, they were supposed to respond in 24 hours... a week later they responded, AFTER the item was delivered. I will never purchase from them agian.
