Great Pot

I use this pot to make gumbo and it is excellent. The only issue I have is with the burner. When the pot is sitting on the burner, you can not see how high the flame is adjusted. You have to get on your hands and knees and look under the burner to see the flame. I cut a 2" "peep hole" so that I can see the flame. I give the pot a 5 star rating and a 3 star for the burner. If I were to do it over again, I would buy only the pot and get a better burner somewhere else.

Bought this a month ago just used it to fry fish in and it was great. Held the temperature right on the money. Plenty of room to fry alot of fish, cooked up 30#'s in no time. Only wish there was an easier way to drain it, scooped it out with a pitchn kinda messy
