Damaged Goods
As soon as I took it out of the box I noticed the large dent in one of the sides. The box however had no damage, so the damage to the refrigerator happened prior to it being boxed. Someone either let this get out of the warehouse damaged and was hoping it wouldn't be noticed or someone didn't want to go through the hassle of a return, or it missed quality control somewhere. I had the refrigerator delivered to my office to avoid the hassle of carrying it from the store to my car and then into my office. Instead I carried it from my office to my car and to the store to return. To top it off, when I returned it at the closest Walmart store, I was initially given a refund for less than what I paid. Not the Associate's fault, it was a computer error. I wasn't going to let that go and finally after a Customer Service Manager got involved, he found a way to make up the difference I was owed. I wasn't happy and this experience caused me more of an issue than ordering online and having a product delivered to you should. The only positive part of this was how the Associate and the CSM conducted their job.
