I replaced my broken mirror on my 2017 RAV4. This mirror fit perfectly and works great including the blind spot monitor. The front cover with matching paint was easily popped off the old mirror and popped onto this one, so no painting was required. The whole job took about half an hour (after watching a Youtube video on it). Just be sure to select a mirror with matching features to the one being replaced since there are many versions. Delivery was fast and price was the best I could find, saving hundreds of dollars over dealer pricing.

The mirror had a male plug end on it and when we opened up the door there was another male plug end, so they wouldn't plug together. Fortunately all the wires matched and we were able to crimp them together to make it work.
