Too expensive for a 3in figure

Umm this should not be $21 dollars if it's a mini figure. I bought one similar for about $8 at Target. Seriously, with $21 you could have bought two of this little set of figures some other place. There are so small and cute that they fit in your hands. So no I'm not spending $21 $6 shipping for Deku.
