Finished product is great. Assembly takes a lot of time, but it is doable in one day. The assembly instructions for the table and the hinge door need to be improved. But overall, we are very pleased with the furniture set and how it looks and the comfort!
When my patio set arrived the arms/sides of the sofa and chairs all had damaged finish on the metal. When I reached out to Noblemood service they offered $200 off of the price or asked for my suggestion. I suggested either the discount and some touch up paint as the color is a gray brown and I'm not sure that I would be able to match it, or replacement arm/sides. They sent the replacements within a few days. While the replacement arms/sides are not perfect I was able to select the best from all of those parts. If they rust I will be able to replace them with the other parts. Assembly was a bit challenging on a couple of the areas because some of the holes did not line up very well. I am hoping that I will be able to enjoy the set for a few years. They look great and are very comfortable. Add to that the amazing customer service I received and I will definitely be considering buying from Nooblemood in the future.
The sofa set is so pretty and comfortable. I think it is a great buy.Would recommend.??
