Wondering what developer to use with Lime Crime Bleach? The Bleach Party Kit’s got you covered! Bleach Party includes our Powder Hair Bleach, 40 Volume Cream Developer, and a pair of Vinyl Gloves for safety. Bleach Party is vegan; gluten- and cruelty-free; and free of PPD, Resorcinol, Parabens, and Phthalates. The formula is infused with Aloe Vera, which can help aid in moisture retention. We suggest doing a strand test prior to full-head application of our Bleach Party Hair Lightening Kit. Our bottles and jars can be recycled once empty. Please remove labels when discarded. Instructions
Prep: We suggest doing a strand test prior to full head application of our hair lightening kit Put on a pair of old clothes or protective apron and wear gloves included in kit. (note: bleach will stain clothing) Making sure your hair is unwashed, dry, and combed through. Part hair down the center into two sections and then divide hair into four sections: two sections on top of and two on bottom. Mixing: Mix one-part bleach to two parts developer in a plastic, ceramic, or glass bowl. Do not use a metal bowl or utensils. Stir until there are no clumps, and the mixture is consistent. Application: Using a tinting brush, start at the back where hair is thickest work into small sections from the crown of your head down. Make sure each section is fully saturated. Wait 5-10 minutes and finish off your roots last, staying 1 inch away from the scalp. The bleach will expand and lighten the rest. Pin up your hair and wait 30-45 min if you are using the 20 vol developer or 15-20 min if you are using the 40 vol developer. Paying close attention to the condition of your hair while it is processing. The bleach will warm and may tingle the scalp. This is normal. Rinse hair thoroughly with cool water and ensure that all product has been washed out. Follow with Lime Crime’s Unicorn Hair Universal Shampoo and Conditioner. Don't use conditioner if you plan on coloring your hair using semi-permanent Unicorn Hair Full Coverage or Tints after bleaching. Note: If you have virgin (non-colored) hair, leave your roots till the end. Start the application process at mid-length and ends first then wait 5-10 minute before going back to do your roots.

DEVELOPER: Aqua (Water, Eau), Hydrogen Peroxide, Cetearyl Alcohol, Ceteareth-20, Lauryl Alcohol, C12-15 Pareth-4 Phosphate, Myristyl Alcohol, Cetrimonium Chloride, Ceteth-2, Tetrasodium EDTA, Tetrasodium Pyrophosphate, Oxyquinoline Sulfate, Phosphoric Acid.

SAFETY TIPS: Wait at least two to three weeks between bleaching sessions to avoid sensitivity. Two weeks prior to bleaching use a deep conditioning mask at least twice a week to make sure hair is hydrated and healthy. If you are re-bleaching your hair, start at the darkest spots first to ensure even lift. Do not apply bleach on hair that is already platinum blonde. This can cause excessive damage. Avoid using heat styling tools for 2-3 weeks after bleaching. Allow hair to process for no more than 50 minutes. Check on hair every 10-15 minutes to evaluate the color lift. To do so, remove plastic hair cap and wipe away mixture with a damp tissue. OVERALL TIPS: When applying bleach party, be quick and efficient to avoid uneven lightening. It's best to leave your roots till the end of the application process. Start at mid-length and ends first then wait 5-10 minute before going back to do your roots. After applying lightener on desired area, make sure to keep hair moist by putting on a plastic hair cap. You can also spray the hair cap with some water for added moisture. Bottles are jars used can be recycled. Please remove labels when discarded. AMOUNT OF BLEACH PARTY TO USE: This depends on hair length and if you will be doing a small section of hair or entire head. Bleaching entire hair could require 2 or more Bleach Party Kits hair lightening kits if hair is past shoulder length and if hair is thick it may require more kits.
