Directions: (1) Preheat oil in deep fryer to 350 degrees F -or- 1/4 inch oil in skillet to medium-high. (2) Moisten chicken with water or milk. Shake off excess. (3) Coat with Breading Mix by shaking together in plastic bag or rolling in Breading Mix on plate. (4) Deep fry in oil 15-20 minutes or until internal temperature is 165 degrees F -or- pan fry 20-25 minutes or until internal temperature is 165 degrees F. Conventional Oven: (1) Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. (2) Moisten chicken with water. Shake off excess. (3) Coat with Breading Mix by shaking together in plastic bag or rolling in Breading Mix on plate. (4) Spray chicken lightly with oil. (5) Bake 35-40 minutes or until internal temperature is 165 degrees F.
