I brought it twice

I had this trainer some years ago and after about 2.5 years- the wiring started to break through. So I wanted to rebuy. Perfect!! While training, I was about to stay in a medium/small so you'll get good long use of it. I have a back roll that kinda forms in the trainer- but back fat doesn't spill out. It gives smooth. It'll give smoother once I start to shape up more. Wearing under clothes is unnoticeable for the most part. After wearing for a couple of hours and taking it off to breathe, i looked smaller and more shapely. It's a great buy! I weigh about 200lbs and got a medium. I'm working with the 2 row and 3rd. It zips smoothly and it has a hook at the top to keep it from coming apart. I would've quickly needed to size down if I would've brought a Large. A tight fit is what's needed. It comfortable enough to wear for hours.
