Drawer does not open and slow delivery

It took much longer than expected to receive this from Cell Lounge and their customer service was non-existent. The delivery was about 11 days overdue. When I opened it and set it up, the drawer would not open. It is not stuck, there is something blocking the opening. The product itself is a great idea, but a non-functioning drawer is a problem.
