Order number - 6589468896197 There were a few things wrong with the lounge recliner. First: Several of the screw heads were twisted off, from the factory. I took the recliner apart and removed the screw bodies and replaced them with my screws. Second: Many places on the recliner were repaired or left chipped and covered over by the red stain. Very poor job of both. Third: The red stain was about 85 % complete. The other areas were near bare wood. There was a light overspray of stain but no where near covered as it should be. I would like to get some of the stain from Hayneedle or the manufacturer and finish the job. Forth: the glue that was used was not holding anything. It is obvious that when the glue was put on it sit too long and was cured before the other piece was put on and screwed together. Overall the quality of this product is terrible and I took it apart and reglued the whole thing. I am a retired engineer and can do about anything mechanical that needs to be done. Needless to say, I will not be buying any more of these products.

I liked the price and color. It was heavy, but not well painted. Last month I saw that the ""wood"" was cracking. I called and complained. They were nice and gave me $40 because it was past the replacement date. This week, after finally being able to put it back out (deck was repainted), all 103 lbs. of me sat and heard a crack. It will be going out with Weds. trash.
