A great edition to my kitchen!
I love this cookbook! It is a great edition to any kitchen, especially for a new dieter. It has many great recipes that you can use and they are delicious to boot! I would recommend this cook book to any new Southbeach dieter in need of new food ideas! Has recipes for all stages of the diet!

Loved the Cookbook
I ordered this book for a relative at Christmas time because I use my copy all the time. Simple recipes that are low calorie and taste great....what more could you ask for???? Except a newer version.
