I love these containers for overnight oats, parfait, or veggies and hummus. They are big enough for a full-size portion but they are still small enough to fit into a lunch bag with a drink. The bento box holds the perfect amount of food for my lunch and the seal is air tight so it doesn't leak at all despite being on its side most of the day. The snack container also works very well and makes it easier to carry a snack in my briefcase instead of it being in a squishy bag. I can not recommend these products enough.
