This is one of my cats favorite toys she has destroyed one of them over the last 2 years from how much she plays with it. It is definitely worth the money if your cat is a kicker. It is only around 4 inches long so it works best with small cats and kittens.

Bought a 5-pack, because I have five kittens/cats. One of the older cats, who doesn't even usually care about these sorts of toys, has claimed all five of them for his own. Now I'm back to buy the other color pack, in hopes that the teething kittens will actually get some this time. They are holding up very well to being chewed on and played with a little roughly. Stitching is sturdy, catnip is preloaded, and there's something crinkly inside them, so that when I squeeze one it gets everyone's attention.
