Warranty information
HMH Stands by the quality of our products and we guarantee the American craftsmanship put into every piece of our merchandise. We will repair or replace any product that does not stand up to regular usage. If any abuse is present, the product(s) are no longer eligible for replacement/refinishing or credit as this invalidates our guarantee. Tarnishing is not a defect. Sterling Silver will tarnish naturally. We cannot guarantee that our sterling silver pieces will not tarnish over time. We will replace/refinish or issue a credit for any item that contains a defect from the manufacturing process. We cannot issue a refund or replace tarnished merchandise that has been purchased and/or worn.
