Pantene has come a long way. My hair is mostly gray and I struggled to find a product (including pro products) that made my hair feel less coarse. Everything I tried left my ends hard and they kind of poked at my skin. Years ago, I stopped using Pantene because back then it was drying. Not anymore. Was given a sample and glad I decided to try it. I've been using this moisture renewal shampoo and conditioner set for at least 4 years now. My hair feels the softest it has since becoming about 75% gray. The conditioner is meant for hydrating so it's specific to that need. Still get occasional split ends but that's to be expected and it's less.
