Sand Rider warrants the frame and all components, except tires and wheels, to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of three years from date of purchase. Wheels and tires are warranted for a period of 6 months for consumers, 3 months for third parties where the equipment is used in a rental business. Limitations and exclusions from this warranty: Damage due to normal wear and tear, failure to perform maintenance, negligence, accident, natural disaster or user modification of the product is specifically excluded from this warranty. This warranty does not include any shipping charges incurred for replacement or repair.
