The Black Cube Non-Stick Frying Pan is awesome! Not only did it NOT stick, but it is dishwasher safe AND your able to use metal utensils!!! For frying eggs, you must not cook on high, but that's the case for every pan. This is my first Black Cube Fry Pan, I hope it holds up over many years of use! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Awesome Pans!

LOVE these pans!...So much so that I bought them in 3 sizes! I use them daily...they're so easy to use and clean! They create a wonderful crust on steaks and other meats that is top chef restaurant quality! Great for browning and sautéing! I brown the steaks for about 4-5 minutes on each side (don't move it once you lay it on a lightly oiled pan) and then finish in the oven on "Lo" broil for about another 4-5 minutes....remove from oven and let steak "rest" about 4-5 minutes so juices don't pour out of the steak...OMG! So good! I HIGHLY recommend Frieling Black Cube Non-Sick Pans
