Well made!! Compact, strong, easy to start!

The first one we received. Was the wrong model. This created quite a big hassle. They tried to send us a label for FedEx to pick it up, but it was not sent,so multiple phone calls & delays! We finally got the correct one and FedEx picked up the first one. That was all fine until we received an email saying they had not received the first one back and if it did not get it soon they would change us for both of them!! Now I need to all again & wait forever on the phone & tell them they better talk to FedEx & see where it went when it left here!! The correct one works well so far!! We will not be happy if they do not locate the one that left here with FedEx!!!!!
