Easy to use and inflated easily

This doesn't come with a lot of instructions, but once I figured out where to inflate it was easy. It inflated quickly, came with a pump, and I used it for my ab workout today. It also comes with cables for balance exercises and a sheet that shows exercises to do with this ball. I like it. I like to do Body Rock and she uses this all of the time and I've been really wanting to try it.

Good quality

This balance ball is durable and sturdy. Good quality materials and anti slip. I tried jumping on it, it's still good. It also comes with detachable resistance bands to train the arm muscles. Just need few minutes to inflate the balance ball with the help of the air pump that's included. It's a little challenging in the beginning, but now i am getting a hang of it. This is a great add on to my exercise routine. I am very happy with it.
